Shipping Policy

Working time: Monday – Friday
For an estimate of when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

Processing time: 3-5 business days.
– Shipping within the US: 7-18 days shipping
– International shipping: 12-25 days shipping
Shipping time is calculated from when the package is handed over to the shipping company to when the package arrives.

Shipping fee:
– Shipping: 4.49 USD
This is a flat fee for each order with 1 destination.

Note: We do not support shipping an order to multiple destinations. If you want to ship to multiple destinations, please place those orders separately.

Tracking Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order on its way to shipping! Please allow 2-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and there is no information which means there is a delay in updating the information on the system, contact us for better advice.

About late delivery:
Most of the orders are shipped on time. In some rare cases, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Possible Reasons for Delaying Incorrect Address
• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units
• Extreme weather conditions
• International customs clearance
